this should really be in food or relative to the eating genre's, but ill let you go (he he!) i love slow roasting garlic in the oven till soft (with skin on) then either just eating it whole or chopping it very fine and putting it through a very yummy creamy mash, with a tiny bit of truffle oil! yum (oh by the way i used to work in the kitchen, so i love alot of types\mixtures of food!

oh but slow roasting it in the skin takes away all bitterness and has such a different flavour\texture\ and uses! you gotta try it out one day! oh a little hint, make sure its slightly pierced before you roast, it can explode! (as i found out one day whilst roasting whole clove garilc! and let me tell you, it aint easy to clean, not while the oven is hot and its cooking all over the walls!)

I like to eat pickled garlic sugar. Crunchy. Sweet. Garlic was originally Xin hot food, eat a lot of easy on the anger, but soaked with white vinegar and sugar out of garlic, not only the spicy garlic to reduce its symplectic nature of heat has also been toned down, so, even if the Yin Huo-wang people, you can also eat. In particular, more meat to eat fatty food, eat garlic can not only remove the oily, but also can promote the body's digestion and absorption.
