Any cool toys out there you have wanted forever and not been able to afford? Cars? Real estate? What would YOU spend $10M on? After paying off my house, I would put some money in trust funds for my kids, maybe get a motorcycle, guitar, and drums, and the rest would go to charity, probably for kids in Africa... What about you? It's your money, what are you going to do with it?

To be honest, if I had $10,000,000 right now, I'd probably go and spend 90% of it to help out those who were severely affected by the Typhoon Ondoy here in the Philippines. I know it may come off as too Mother-Teresa-ish but if you were here and you could see what happened, then I reckon it wouldn't take much to break your heart. As for the remaining 10%, well that goes to me. I should at least save some for myself!

I agree with you. My conscience would kill me if I knew I had all that money while my fellow Filipinos have been left utterly devastated by the typhoon. My heart goes out to those who have been affected by the calamity, and I pray that they'll be able to get back on their feet.

The very first thing I would do is pay off all my bill, the house, credit card, just everything would be paid in full. I would then talk to my husband about moving, not far but just somewhere where we could buy land and have more room for gardening and a few animals. I would buy a new vehicle for the family and a new truck for hubby. We need a truck to haul wood. I would still heat with wood! I would help out my family with some of the things I know they need like helping with a house of their own. With 8 kids this would be no small task! LOL! I would also make sure my parents were better off. Like I would pay off their bills so they could have it easier. I would redo my moms kitchen like she wants. I would make trust funds for my grandbabies and for the younger children still at home. Like for education and such. If any of my older kids wanted to go back to school I would help with that too. With that I think we would be all set. I would then turn and help out our community with giving a donation to a few organizations, like the Food Bank and things. I would love to put some money into programs that are trying to help mankind and I would give money to things like a cancer research ect. What a nice dream. Great to think of nice things!

The very first thing I would do is call my parents and tell them to let me know how much they owe in bills to consider it paidoff. I then would pay off my house and bills. Then set up my two grown daughters in a house for each. Put money away in a trust fund for my one and only granddaughter. Give money to 5 charities that I believe in. Then I would move to Puerto Rico and buy a nice piece of land and live my years enjoying my life with the man I love.

I would first pay off all my bills then help family members who need to pay off their bills. Buy a new car for me and a pickup for husband. I would fix up my house inside and outside. I would also give some to different charities. I would put some in savings or bonds to earn interest for the future. And last I would go on a vacation with my husband.

$10 million money is so much, if I am blessed, first of all I need to buy a new big house, and second I would like to buy a car, becuase it's convenient to go anywhere if you have it, eg. go shopping, short way trip etc. Then, I would like to send my children to go to the trainning schoold, eg. Learn to dance, learn other countries language. I will donate some to those poor people.

First I would pay off all my bills, pay bills in advance and pay off my student loan. Then I would take my family on a trip and a crazy shopping spree, then buy a house close to the beach, get my Mom a horse or two, etc. So many ways to spend it..

If it were me, I'd spend some for paying off bills that are existing, leave a lot to charity, save a lot too, give lots to my parents and take a bit off to plan for my month of traveling when the time is right. I'll just stash the remaining in different accounts for a rainy day.

Clear my credit report of debt, pay any other bills. Take a vacation will all five of my children. The very first big purchase I would make is a house for my uncle. He has been there for me through all kinds of things and I would LOVE to repay him! Talk to a financial advisor about the best way to keep my money, buy a house, car, motorcycle and give each of my kids a specific amount of money provided they finish school and prove they can handle it wisely. And all that is just day one lol!

tough choice on which way to go, but of course get rid of any bills that are around. put money in to a trust fund for my son, buy a property, the ute i've been wanting for a number of yrs, can't forget my horse float either, put a heap in my super fund, put one million away to be divided up to various charities world wide. then take a holiday, some where out of the country. the rest would then be put in an account to sit and earn a bit of interest.

Of coarse I would pay off all of our bills first. Then I would put $1m away in an account for each of my immediate family members, that would take up half right there. We always wanted a big log lodge on a huge piece of land where we can let the dogs and kids roam free....

First i would pay off my house and other bills. Second i would help to take care of my family and cildren for their future. Third i would assist groups that are doing something to make the world a better place for things like research like for autism , helping disabled, good quality organizations. I wouldnt change my life style for fancy cars or fancy home i like living how i do frugally and would not change my life style. I would not like to be wasteful because i could help more people with the money if i was careful as i am now.
