Do anyone know any fastest Video Converter to use?

I am using WinAVI to convert video file to any type, and found it useful, however, I'm searching for one which is faster, as to encode a 2 hours long movie, I need almost an house and more to convert it, so I still find it slow, especially when I need to batch encoding
