Should you sacrifice yourself to save two lives?

Five Lives? Fifty Lives? Five-hundred lives? Five-thousand lives? Is there a time when survival isn't your first priority? When would you sacrifice yourself?

I certainly would if my loved ones were in trouble.But for others the situation would have to be compelling enough for me to take this extreme step.
