wheter "tempe" also can be recognized as a native Indonesia? Who is patent holder of Tempe now ? Indonesian people ? or has claimed by another country? How do you think ?

Tempe is food made from soy bean on import so tempe can not recognized authentic Indonesia food

I don't know who have the patent of tempe, I will wait some one who know about it, maybe some one know it and want to share with us.

Well i heard many rumour about who actually has the patent of tempe food. Some rumour say, the tempeh was actually patent by the colonialization government, Netherland when indonesia still under them. Some rumour also say, Japan was actually the one who has it. But from many rumour i heard, i never actually hear about indonesia owning the patent. Sad isnt it.

Tempe is known in some countries, it turned out that even within the country to protect the cultural heritage of the three above society still face challenges that did not lose his complicated. In addition to its problems is still a new issue of protection of intellectual property rights that resulted not least the products listed by our nation's with other states and claimed as theirs, something else that is still the issue is about ownership claims against the parties who feel entitled to cultural heritage, both claim ownership of tribal, sub diverse cultures and between the Central and Local Government.

i dont think tempeh is actually has been patent by indonesia. Correct me if im wrong, but i heard japan or maybe netherland has the patent of tempeh. Thought it is was recognized as a native indonesian food. It is actually our fault whose not really care about our culture so many of our culture now being stolen by other.
