How do you get referrals?

I'm in a bit of a financial bind right now and I need some referrals for some of the sites I'm a member of, especially Neobux and TrekPay. What are some of the methods you use to successfully get active referrals?

Hi, I started a blog on making money online, and is growing everyday in search engine, and also in traffic, and eventually people will sign up in the programs I recommend. You an also promote in forums, etc.
