are we justified to do extra marital affairs. Or we just have to live with it and carry our unfulfilled desires to the grave. There must be some practical solutions to this dilemma. It is not a big issue with the elderly who for some reasons, this issue seems not to be a big deal, but how about the younger ones? the active ones. Any idea?

There is no good reason to cheat....not ever. If your partner is incapable sexually due to sickness, there are other ways to satisfy your partner sexually. If your partner has no desire to make you happy & satisfied then you might want to consider a divorce but you should never cheat. It is wrong. You took your vows for in health and in sickness. If you can't live up to your vows then you should end the marriage.

There is no reason whatsoever. But I also think that it is even more difficult to leave a partner and divorce him/her just for this reason when he/she doesn't want to end the relationship.

it may be difficult but if you don't love the person any longer then it is only fair and respectful to the other person. Whether they feel the same way or not is beside the point. They deserve better than to be involved with someone who is merely pretending to love them. Like I said earlier, If you really loved each other, there are other ways to satisfy your partner sexually. There is NEVER a good reason or excuse to cheat.
