Im planning to sell pork barbeque at home. The big problem is i don't know how to make a special and tasty sauce. As i've seen in my place, people here very choosy. How will i get their taste if i dont even know how to make a sauce? Can you please share me how to make it? thanks in advance.

my sister in law use soy sauce, ketchup and paminta powder to marinate the meat for hours or over night. I think a lil of kalamansi juice.. just try it..

Try this one, this recipe always makes my barbecue tasty. For the marinade, use soy sauce, kalamansi, and 7-up or Sprite. Then for the basting sauce, use atsuete oil. To make the atsuete oil, just dissolve powdered atsuete into hot oil so that it will bring out the red color. The atsuete not only brings out a good color to the barbecue, but will flavor it too.
