What you can do to manage stress?

Stress is a symptoms of social, physical and mental manifestations.These include exhaustions, decreased and increased appetite, headaches, oversleeping,sleeplessness and crying. Stress management is the ability to maintain control when situations , events and people with excessive demands.

For workers who suffer from a stress conditions, this tip will help you survive the problem and live longer with a happy life. (1) spend more quality time with yourself and your family. (2) Avoid getting into vices while under constant stress. (3) Develop positive attitude towards stressful situations in life. (4) Reduce workplace stress by celebrating yours or your colleagues' accomplishments. (5) improve your line of communication, efficiency and learn from other's experiences. In work places where stress is common, one must simply stress out from work. Sit straight and comfortably on your seat, and try breathing exercises. It will relax your nerves and muscles. Relax and count backwards (20,19,18,17,16,....And try visualization.

Whenever I am stress, I always seek the comfort of my room. I have my room colored with blue since based on research, it offers calm mood. This I think is true for me. Also, I do exercises or play badminton. This releases a lot of negative energy and helps my body revive. In the long run, if stress is not properly manage it can lead to serious problems like the ones you have mentioned. It can effect the systems in our body and may interfere is proper functionality. I just learned it from books since I am a nursing student. :)

hello irene, wait a minute? increase in appetite? that's not good, and not to mention i slept around late this morning wow. and i thought i was really sick at that time, well i was but i got interested in other things than mylot but i got my mylot edge back last night i think i can go at it again...

most of the time... I just lie down for a while and im fine.. but when stress is too much..i go out and get a foot spa or a massage.. it works well for me in making stress go away.

Thanks and I appreciate your response. I also do that and I consider going to spa and very unwinding and relaxing strategy to manage stress.
