Hi Everyone! I was at the store yesterday, shopping for my daughters birthday on saturday... While I am looking around, a girl comes up to me! I suppose she knows me from somewhere... Asking me, all sorts of questions, how is my family, and my daughter... So on and so on... But in the back of my mind... I am thinking, you is she? Where do I know her from?.......... She knew so much about me, and I couldn't even remember her face! Can you say major brain fart! Has this ever happened to you? Share your funny stories, I always love to hear them! Have a nice day!

My experience is kind of the oppposite, lol. In college I was always meeting new people and I'd been accused several times of snubbing/ignoring acquaintances or former classmates (I'm bad at faces, esp if I'd met them in some dark party type place). Anyway, I endeavored to change and decided to just say hello if somebody looked familiar. One time I waved and said "Hi!!!" (all chipper) to this familiar-looking guy and in return he just looked all bewildered about the friendly greeting. A moment too late, I realized he looked familiar because he was seated at the next table where I ate lunch that day, lol.

Yes, This has happend to me too.. Several of my school friends still remember me and approach me whenever they see me. Most of the time I am able to recognize them. However sometimes I wonder who was the person who just talked to me. I keep on thinking about how I know him/her and after hours of brain bashing thinking, I come to know who that person was.

In my own opinion, that woman is a tricked you. And you're right when you said that you don't know her. And that's why she knows about your daughter because she also ask other person about your life. So therefore I conclude that woman speaking to you has a bad intention at you. So watch out and be careful.

It also happened to me long time ago the same situation as yours, it's really funny that someone knows you but you did'nt even remember where you met or if you really know that person. Maybe that woman knows a lot about you because she became your friend but you just can't remember when it was.

I experienced this condition, when I walked in the street to go to shopping, a middle of woman stoped to stand before me, and asked me how about your mother and dad, I looked her surprisely, because my memory don't have her profile, then she told me that she know me, do you know why? She said my looking looks same as my mother's face. so she asked me how about my mother.so someone maybe know you but maybe you don't know them.

I do see people from time to time that look familiar but then 9 out of 10 I don't know that I'd want to talk to anymore. I have plenty of brain farts, especially after having my kids... I swear pg brain had never left my side!

hi prikayjo2436 yes a number of times and it was because I worked for years in my town's branch library shelving ' books. they would see me wo rking and remember my face but seldom would ever know my name. So then one young' man came up to me at the bus stop and said, hi library lady how come you aren't around at the library anymore? I had to tell him all about how I was fired for being' almost eighty. not because I didn't do my job well which she'even admitted as she let me go, an euphemism for you are fired. Seems he was the guy who always checked out Lillian Braums the Cat Who series and he and I shared that liking for for her Cat Who series.

Yes it happened to me once before. A guy with glasses approached me while I was entering a pharmacy and asked me how I was. I was like "i'm...i'm good..." He went on and said "What are you up to?" He must have read my face and he said "It's me, Adeng" I was like OMG...how are you? He was my high school friend. I couldn't believe how much he changed and I hardly changed I guess...cause he still recognized me. I was so embarrassed but I couldn't blame myself cause he didn't look the same anymore.

Hi, Pri! So, are you still trying to remember who she was now?? It happened to me before, I think it was last year some time in July or August. It was after work, hubby and I stopped by at the fast food outlet. I didn't look who was sitting on the next table, but when I looked up, this guy mentioned my name. He was so familiar, but I have mistaken him with a boy who used to work at our house before. I thought he was all grown up and worst, I mentioned his name. However, I was not sure whether he heard it or not. When he was saying about our class re-union, then only I realized he was one of my ex-classmates from the elementary school!! How could I forget, he used to sit next to me and we were kind of close friends, but we didn't keep in touch.
