are u going to meet the person in person whom u just met on the internet? for me, i think id better not coz it's really dangerous nowadays if u just only go with strangers ...

If you want to make a date with someone you just know from internet better you bring along your friend.

It depends on the purpose of the meeting. I'm a freelancer, so sometimes have to meet strangers by appointment from YM or email to discuss work. But if you're talking about online dating going offline, then I agree with you. It could be dangerous.
