plastic additives have adhesive capability on metal(copper)

Dear sirs, Because of many plastics didn't adhere on metal by injection molding, so we hope can add adhesive promoter into plastics,theirs can improve this interface between plastic(LCP)and metal(plated Ag). Can you suggest some additives for me,or give me some methods that help me deal with the problem. the interface must pass hermetic test. Thanks a lot Charles from Taiwan
