question about clixsense

i just registered under clixsense though a lot says i can earn more if i upgraded to premium which is not bad at all since you will only pay 10 dollars and its already good for 1 year. and when i purchased upgrade i have 174 ads to click with and all are worth .01cents each. very nice as i though... But are those ads for that many are good only today? is it everyday? or weekly.. For those long time clixsense users i need your advise with this. Thanks
