Earning from Tazoodle

Does any of the my lot members know how u can earn from Tazoodle. They says, that the Tazoodle site shares revenue with both advertisers n viewers.
I am a member of that site about a month ago. But I never got ads to view...
Does any body here know the concept. If 'yes', please explain

I am not too sure. Are you suppose to use their search engine to earn money?
