Wha are the measures you are taking for "Good Health"?

I used to have a morning walk for half an hour regularly.Later i consume Honey[one spoon] with glass of hot water combination of lemon juice[one spoon].After lunch i have one Garlic piece regularly.After dinner i used to have one glass of semi liquid prepared with finger millet[Ragi Malt].Apart from all the above my health secret is drinking sufficient water.What about you?

well,i ate a balance meal in general.i also sleep early i do not stay up late at night.i am regularly doing my routine exercises.it makes me energizes for the days work.well,i also pray it makes me heal inside out..i always think positively because it gives me right direction and courage to do my job well.spiritual enlightment add to living a better health not only physically but also spiritually.

Hi,amy,Actually i forgotten those 2 issues which are important and unfortunately i lack both sufficient sleep and spiritually healthy.Because i had a bad habit of sleeping latenight and i have no interest on spiritual issues.Sorry to say.Havea nice time.What you are doing for maintaining health is perfect.All the best.

i do one-hour exercise everyday and i make it a point to take my L-carnitine tabs to produce thermogenesis. I always include fruits in my diet. What is it with the honey and the lemon juice? What does it do? And what is the garlic for?

Hi,Gracee,thank you for your interest.If we drink medium hot water+1 spoon lemon juice+1 spoon Honey in the early morning makes reduction in fat,and it is recommended for those who are fat. Having Garlic piece regularly after lunch gives benefit of clean the blood vessels and save from hurdles in the vessels leads to reduce the chance of heart attacks. Have a nice time and all the best.

Hellow Mr. Baluyadav...the things which you are doing are one of the best ways to burn fat and keep you healthy... I dont eat proper food but still i do take care of my body....i do 30min of exercise or i do dancing or i go for a walk....i know lots and lots of things of keeping body healthy but never practise it....i know its wrog for me....but still ha! ha! Ill try.....
