Hectic driving

hey it was one hell of a day driving since since morning, we travelled around 5ookms by car, and it was an experience driving in the night, the opposite vehicles always put their lights on full beam and its so scary can hardly see anything, on highways, i am wondering why the Indian govt do anything about this there should be a rule or fine for these lights, accidents to a large extent can be avoided this way.

Well, there is a rule in India that all the 2 wheeler and 4 wheelers should be coloured half black on the head lights. But due to the laxity of the traffic authorities these two wheeler and four wheeler drivers do as they like.

hi rubypatson oh my yes indeed the Indian government should'have a law stopping people from using high beam in passing others on the dark highways.I know that they have this law here in the US and often people are given heavy fines for breaking this as it can and does causes serious accidents. hope they do this in India too.
