Sick in the stomach

I had a sick stomache when i ate at a restaurant.i think the cabbage was the poisoning food.I had diarhea all one full day..I felt weak and stayed home for 2 days..it was bad..

Hi there I used to drink and my cure for hangover had been a good hot meal (with red meat), a can of coke and a good rest. Now you know it does not feel good to drink too much . Moderation is the key. Cheers!

I guess you're not really accustomed to drinking yet. You should have just limited your drinking to what your body can control. My brothers are heavy drinkers (but I'm not proud), they are already accustomed to heavy drinking so the next day, it's as if nothing happened last night. Anyway, why don't you just vomit it out and eat afterwards. Make sure you clean the toilet well, and buy air freshener.

I personally don't drink, don't smoke too. But with regards to that "killer stomach ache", better consult a physician. Are you experiencing severe pain always? Or, just when you are drinking...? Hmn, the doctor might advised you to undergo several tests like an endoscopy (or with biopsy) to determine how your stomach is going, and to check also if you have Gastritis. So before it's too late, better consult a physician. Hope this helps a bit.
