magic word!!!

you know how to manage anger???if you dont try my magic word... of course hold your temper,,and follow the following steps: 1;Set yourself in a comfortable way or in a very cool place... or i would recommend you.. to go to in a very relaxing wash room or comfort room and make it sure clean... its very cool...you can release your emotions out there... 2;take a deep breath 15 times or until you will feel that you are relieve...not from your stomach but from your diaphragm... 3;while taking a deep breath say the magic words..... RELAX.. TAKE IT EASY!!!!15 TIMES OR MORE .... TRY IT AND LET ME KNOW!!!

I have an anger management problem before. I used to throw things, punch my pillows and talk a lot of nonsense to release my anger. After reading the negative effects it can do to my health and body, I decided that I really need to do something to manage my anger. The tip you have given about taking a deep breath is I think the most easiest trick in subsiding your anger. It's like telling your mind to postpone it. I tell you, it's effective. :)

yes!!! definitely... and i really tried it many times... because you know what at the time you are anger your mind need a tranquilizer and that was it... the magic word...

What I usually do is take a deep breath and count 1 to 10. If you are still angry after 10, count 10 more and you'll see how significantly helps subide your anger. :)

Yes, those will work but I try mostly the last one.When I am very angry then I tightly hold my palms and take deep breaths and if someone else is angry then I move from the scene, make a tea and calm the person. A glass of water also can do the work instead of tea.

Well, I've been using breathing exercises for quite some time now not only for anger management but also stress. After my breakdown the subsequent panic attacks got to be a real bear and I taught myself how to control my breathing to control the racing heart and suffucation feelings that come with the attack. It does work.. ENJOY!
