What is the oldest and stable PTC on web

Is theres anyone who can share of the oldest PTC on web. The PTC that serves for more than a year now which is very stable and pay their members on time. I know noebux and a lot says its legit but is it that stable? im afraid that if i upgrade for 1 year and purchase a lot of referrals, im afraid that the site will close after a year. I want to know which PTC are considered to be the oldest and stable PTC on web. Thanks

I would have to say clixsense is my favorite. I have been a member there for almost 2 years and have found that it pays better when you pay the 10 to upgrade. I have been with neobux for about a month now and have cashed out for 2 dollars in the first 3 weeks and am a dollar away from again cashing out. I think the best think about neo is that you can rent referrals. That has made a HUGE difference in how long it has taken me .
