Have you heard of Twitter and Why you join it?

I am very familiar of twitter. I already gain social network friends for almost 500 followers and I appreciate it much. I kept sending my tweets everyday and I enjoy reading some tweets. I give time to do tweets and read some tweets for 2-3 hours a day.

I joined Twitter pretty early on, but have found it to be pretty useless as far as a social networking site goes. The people that follow me only want to send out links to their latest, greatest online money making scheme, and when I did tweet I just felt like I was talking to myself. I pretty much just stick to Facebook now as it is the best way to keep up and interact with friends and family online.

I like twitter because, it is very simple to handle. Making tweets is easy and many members will watch it.It is free to write some thing. No restrictions imposed. I am freely placing my links. Some forums are restricting, even deleting membership for posting the links.They think that their forum should not be a flat form for publishing the members' links. So people are joining in a hurry and the Twitter grown up amazingly.

Hi there! Yes I have a Twitter account. It is becoming more popular these days because more celebrities are using it (specially A list hollywood stars). I have joined the site because initially i find it as a place where i could express thoughts or what I do but later on I got a little bored. LOL. But I think it is a good site. I followed my favorite celebrities and i got to hear whats new with them.... or stuff their doing. Its pretty cool. But I spend more time with mylot now. :)Happy mylotting!

yes i heard about Twitter and i also have an account in it. but until now i cant understand the what is the whole concept ?? it is also said that we can earn money through Twitter!! but how ???

i joined cos i wanted to have some of the Gadgest Show hosts are on there... they did a piece on it against FB getting people to gather in London for a dance... And Twitter won as to the many peeps come.. and i wanted to have 'famous' people as my friends... lol sad but they are pretty cool as far as tweets go... I just update my tweet but have an application on firefox for it... never go on anymore...

Yes I ave head about it, no I have not joined. No special reason except not having the time. I do so much now online and don't have the time to do all I want. Happy twittering and mylotting too.

I am on Twitter, and when I first joined it, I was not impressed. Then came the Iranian elections, and everyone in Iran was using it to decide where to meet, where things were happening, protests and such. That made me see it had real value, even though I am here in the United States. I write for Associated Content, and this month, they are having a contest on Twitter, so I decided to participate. I have been using Twitter more and more. I still think it's a lot more hype than value, but I do like it better now that I am participating in the contest. (You tweet about your articles/writing for the AC contest.) Whether or not I stay as active once the contest ends is another question, however???

hi mylotters, about this social networking site called twitter i would say it's a wonderful site in that you could share your thoughts you can know what's your favourite celebrities are doing n what are their plans so it's really wonderful, when i started it i felt it boring but as days moves i got to know it's very interesting n good site n now it's the think that i spend most of my time doing twitter not facebook n orkut :)

Yes, Its really good simple social networking site to update our information and status that where we are at this moment. I have observed this as part of my site SEO activity. There I found we can promote about our site very easily as many people are following others. Its really good and Its really supporting my promotions.

I saw banner adds of twitter on some site but never join it. Community sites are for people who are not so busy in their life. I am doing a job plus studying my master class so I never joined twitter. But I have an account on facebook and orkut.

Twitter is now growing of members and it is a famous networking sites. I have a twitter account and I always post updates for what I did and finished in a day. I gain lot of friends and my followers is increasing.It's a kind of fun.
