How to get ebay ads on your blogger blog?

Ive applied and they have responded with I must claim my domaine by putting in a html file in my blogger blog. Well i dont see where i can add a file to my blogger account. I have read the ebay affliate info help pages and cant find the answer and thought maybe others out here on mylots might have ran into the same problem. I think my readers would benifit from seeing ebay ads for used items since my blog is about saving money and budgeting when taking care of family and having lower incomes how to save money. Thanks for any advice
