People: Why Some of Them Just Can't make it in life

The real reason behind the failures and the those whom succeed is basically the amount of effort placed into their work. Let's say I put in little effort in writing this article, I am pretty sure you will stop reading and go to another page. Right? Anyway, effort is what differentiates success from failure.
So bottom line is: Put In More Effort to Succeed in Life!

I am a primary school teacher. I try to make each child think they they can do anything they put effort into. I am talking about things like reading and writing. Some children are bright but lazy. Other children are average but work really hard. Some children have special educational needs and they need much support. There are usually a few children with naughty behavior. Maybe the last ones that I have mentioned won't make very much in their lives. They will probably not be as successful as the bright ones, the average ones or those with special educational needs.
