I have a recipe for no bake cookies. Does anyone have any ideas on how to change up the recipe to make something a little different or interesting? Here is the recipe I use: 2 cups sugar 1/4 cup cocoa 1/4 cup milk 1/4 lb margarine or butter 1 ts vanilla pinch of salt 3 cups instant oatmeal 1/2 cup peanut butter

I add walnuts to it, or sometimes peanuts. Also, if you substitute part of the butter for coconut oil, it gives it a different flavor. Use cinnamon in it to bring out the chocolate taste, like Mexican chocolate.

Try using cereal instead of oatmeal. Like rice crispies. Add some caramels to give it some chewiness. Make them as you usually do and then dip them in melted almond bark, trying different flavors. Toss on some sprinkles!

Try adding shredded coconut or some very finely chopped nuts (if you are not allergic).
