Coorg is one of the lovely districts in Karnataka, India.Lot of tourists keep visiting that place. Misty mornings, chill weather,water,rains,hills attract tourists. There is place called Dubare in coorg which is attracting tourists from worldwide. Similarly the rates in that place is going up day by day. Many Resort business people are buying properties in and arround Dubare. The rate per acre is about 2CR... Do you know ?
