When I got home from my job (as a call center agent), I always hungry and sleepy! But I prefer to sleep first! Why? I work in grave yard shift. Sometimes I felt like I'm not a normal human being because of being deprived to sleep. It really gives you stress!

Same here friend i am also deprived of sleep and i better sleep than eat. and i am used to doing it. lack of sleep is really stressful and if you have time try to take a nap to recharge. don't let yourself be stressed out. please take some rest and of course eat on time and the right amount of food!

hi friend, don't wait for that time when you graduate to give yourself time to enjoy sleep. please find time now to make up for the lost hours of sleep. i don't know how you will do it given your so busy and toxic schedule but better do it now. you may not have the luxury of time to enjoy your food but take time to eat small amount anytime. just make sure you don't hungry yourself or deprive yourself from eating. try to have a healthy life and a stress-free life. have a great day!

Thanks! Actually, I just don't have a choice but to work and be deprived of a normal life. Maybe after my studies, I will practice my profession and enjoy a good sleep!

Hi there Breinchem! Well, I guess that's what most call center agents complain about but I would still like to be one because I heard that they give really good pay. Well, I guess I would sleep first too because I believe that it's not good to sleep while you're full and it may even lead to nightmares.

Yup! Working as a call center agent gives a good pay. But IT DOES NOT PAY. What do I mean by that? The stress that it gives you and being deprived of a good sleep, I'd rather not. Though I do not have a choice because I need money. But of course, after my studies, I would really resign and live a normal life!

Hi Nanayangel... You are definitely right. And to my dear call agent Breichem, i am happy that you realize this as early as NOW. you might be having a good pay with call center but make sure that you're still the boss of yourself when it comes to health especially managing stress, having the right amount of food and time for sleep. impossible?!!!! but we can always do something to improve our time management style. don't abuse yourself too much. for the meantime take a deep breath and relax.

After eating you feel so sleepy. So, I prefer to eat first before sleeping. I'm just afraid of some side effects of sleeping right away after eating. After I eating I wait for at least 30 minutes then I sleep. In this way I can sleep well without worrying and that I won't be awaken of my stomach growling because I'm so hungry.

I agree with that. You will actually have a longer sleep and nothing will disturb you!

Whenever i come home from my job the first thing that i do is to eat and then go to bed watching the television.I am very tired after returning home so if a sleep without eating then the whole night i will not eat anything because when i am asleep,i do not like to eat anything.

I experienced that as well when I worked in grave yard shift at Jollibee Bluewave before in my college days. I rather have some sleep than eating anything. I just felt pitty and deserve to have some rest.

I, personally, work better on the midnight shifts. If I'm working during the day, I'm always half asleep. If I had to choose, though, I'd go to sleep at the end of the day without eating, if I was tired enough. I think it's important to make sure that you give yourself time to eat when you wake up, though, instead of hitting the Snooze for that extra 9 minutes of sleep. Otherwise, it could effect your performance at work until after your lunch break.
