Music, our life's bookmark....

When I listen to a song or music, I recall a particular piece of memory in my life. For example, when I was listening to song/music A, it reminds me of my uni days. And when i was listening to song B, it would remind me when i was sitting alone in my room surfing the net. In short, music is like a bookmark to me. Whenever i listen to a certain song, I will think of my old days back then. What about you guys? Does music brings out the memory in you? Happy mylotting and cheers.

Very true! Every time I coincidently listen to a song I've been listening to long ago, I would remember the days I laughed with my friends or when I was feeling depressed/angsty. Or when I was feeling jubilant and happy! :D It makes me really nostalgic though! If its good memories, its, well, great to listen to though!

Thats really true MUSIC ACTS AS BOOKMARKS TO MEMORIES IN OUR LIFE. My mind just flushes some memories when ever i listen to some of my favorite numbers. Each of them has a wonderful memory to remind me about my friends, my relatives. Some of them reminds about my schooling and beautiful college days i have spent.. Really i enjoy myself listening to some of the old numbers.

I find that music I listened to when I was in high school / college reminds me of what was going on at the time, or what I was thinking about. Music over the last few years, though, doesn't really have the same effect. Maybe because I don't have that teenage angst anymore, and therefore don't feel the same intensity when I listen to music?
