Good habit will let you look younger than 20 years

Nutritionist said good habit will let you look younger than 20 years, he appointed out people need to eat more food every morning, 1)if you are a sport lover, it will be better to eat one banana, then have breakfast after do sports.2) If you are too busy to have your breakfast, so pls prepare some bread and fruits.3) Drink the milk same as children.4) Every day have some honey. I think it will have some proof.So I will eat more for my breakfast. How do you think of it?

I agree with you that breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it kick start our day after a night long fasting. I settle for good nutritional food to provide me with enough energy for the day.
