apartment or condo

would you rather live in a apartment or a condo. I would much prefer to live in a condo becuase they are much bigger and nicer. i find that with condo it feels like you are living in a house because you dony hear your neighbors all that much and the walls are much thicker. But when you are in a apartment you can here your neightboors alot of the time and the place is alot smaller.

i would go for a condo since it has alot of facilities that you can benefit on like a pool and gym facility and plus its much spacious. There is a 24 hour security which is a 2 thumbs up for me.

I would much rather live in a condo compared to an apartment. Where I live, it would cost about 900/month plus utilties for a two bedroom apartment. My friend just bought a very nice condo, in a nice area for 100k. Not only is it much nicer then an apartment, it is very homely. It seems more like a small home with just one floor opposed to the very commercial layout of an apartment.

Yeah, I definitly would rather have a condo than an apartment. Problem with condos is you have fees that they can keep hiking up and up. So that's why I'm glad I got a house. B8ut sometimes when I have to cut the grass or pull weeds and all that, I don't mind having a condo.
But I still prefer a house.

here in Orange county Garden grove Ca you would have to be very wealthy to afford a condo, let alone just rent a two bedroom
apartment.sure Condos are much nicer but do you have 3000 dollars a month to pay in rent or 500,000 dollars to buy a condo?
