How do you encrypt and decrypt cookies?

So, I was wondering, in the cookie folder of your browser, when you open it. Everything just gibberish. I couldn't understand a thing from there, and I couldn't find the what is recorded inside of those text files. Is there any one who is familiar with Cookies decryption and encryption can give me some hint on this topic?

Hi Dear hope u must be doing fine why dont you enroll in some IT course as i dont think some one at mylot will help u to understand it. Most of us might tell u about cookies they like, either choclate or else Lol Take care

Well, I thought someone will be smart enough here to share the knowledge with all of us here. So, if you don't think anyone is that smart, because they are using mylot right now. I might just resort to the IT textbook as you advised.
