hi friends how many of you are working in MNC ? and where? do you feel these private companies meets your requrement or are you happy to work with private MNC's?

i am happy to work in an MNC. The risk i see here is that you are strongly affected with what happens around the globe. Like for instance, when depression started last year.. promotions and salary increases had all been limited. But i really do like working in an MNC. It disciplines employees to enhance their skills more so that you are as competent worldwide.
