How to transfer money from paypal account to bank account?

Hi I am very new to this online jobs, I dont have much information regarding withdrawing money earned in online. I came to know that, intially our earned amount will be credited to our paypal account. How can we transfer amount from paypal account to our bank account, to withdraw the amount. Please explain me the procedure of transfering amount from paypal account to bank account and is there any service charges for trasfering amount? Please help me out with this.

To transfer money from Paypal to your bank account can only be done if your country is listed in the service.
To add your bank account
1 - Login into your Paypal account
2 - Select Profile-Bank Accounts Accounts-Add
3 - Fill up the details and instructions given
Done.
