Scam or Not?

I am a member of www.massiveptr.com. Here I made an Earning of $850.00 in few days. The withdrawal limit is $5000.00 But I am not sure, whether I can really get this money in my PayPal A/c? Are there any body knows about this site.
Same issue applies to www.payingptr.com. also. Please give me some feedback and suggestion please. Thanks.

don't even think of the payment from these sites..
no one will give you 10USD for a single mail..
its simply a waste of time..
