So after about a million applications, okay thats an exaggeration but it has been a lot. I finally get a good interview and am moving on with the hiring process with the department of juvenile justice. Then I hit another brick wall. My fingerprints keep getting rejected by the F.B.I. because my hands are cracked from bartending so long. GRRR...how frustrating is it to think you are finally getting somewhere and then be delayed again. So now I have to figure out how to get my hands in descent enough shape to get a good read on my prints. Shesh. What luck. Any suggestions? Anyone else had a similar problem?

Lotion, lotion and more lotion. I have heard that people use vasaline and put on gloves overnight. I have no idea if this works, but it is certainly worth a shot. Good luck to you.

I could give this a shot. I have some medicated cream I was going to try the night before I get them done again. Then wrap or use gloves. Hopefully it will work.
