Sometimes, though it's unnecessary to become a verified PayPal member, the verification comes with lots of benefits. For example, there are some websites that only give the payments to verified PayPal account. At the same time, Verified members no longer have limitations on the amount of money they can send to others. Nowadays, I have get my account verified with my bank account, but my friends advise me to get a real credit card instead of a bank account. So, in your opinion, how to verify a PayPal account? and which way is a better one to verify it? Happy myLotting!!!

You can verify your Paypal account through a debit card. I've used one to verify my paypal account. The process is so simple and easy. Just add the debit card into your paypal account then wait for 2-3 days for the expuse number. Here in our country, I've used an EON card which I applied for and had in just 7 business days. I've added my account number in my Paypal and waited for the expuse on my online bank account which the EON comes in combination with.It is suggested to use a debit card which comes along with an online bank account so that you can have your expuse number in 2-3 days because if you won't have that, you will have to wait for a month for your monthly debit card statement. That's it! I am now Paypal verified.

EON card is a debit card where Union Bank of Philippines issues. It is a great debit card which comes along with an online bank account. It's so perfect because you can have an access to your bank account online always. It doesn't need to have a maintaining balance just like other credit or debit card. I have seen you are from China. Sad to say, I don't think, there's a Union bank there. But anyways, just try to look for one. Maybe, they have a branch in your country. In case, you'll find one, don't hesitate to apply for an EON card. I would highly suggest it and I'm sure many peple who own such would say the same thing too.

Caution, you can only use your EON debit card if you already made a transaction on it. Otherwise, it will be rejected by paypal. So much to your P250.00 pesos ($5.00) if your card is rejected.

I've verified my paypal, and with a bank account. I think verifying it with a bank account is much more secure, because anyone can take your funds from a credit card, but with a bank checking account, it's a harder procedure.

There are 3 ways to get your paypal account verified. However, I don't have idea about all three of them. First way to get your paypal account verified is by linking your debit card/ATM card or bank account number to your paypal account. However, in many cases, paypal does not accept all such cards. After you link the card, it is supposed to send u some verification code on your bank statement which you will need to enter in order to complete the verification process. Second way is to link the credit card with your paypal account. After you link the card, you will receive the verification code on your credit card statement which you will need to enter again. And third way is linking the virtual credit card. I am unaware of this process of getting the account verified. I tried getting my paypal account verified by linking my bank account first, but it did not work for me . so i got my paypal account verified by linking my credit card. It charged me 1.95$ but the same was returned in my paypal account after a few days.

The best way to verify your Paypal A/C is to use Debit Card. You have to enter your Debit Card number and password. In 2/3 days your bank account will be debited by around $ 2 as verification charges. You will then receive a code from Paypal. Once you enter code in Paypal A/C your account will be verified.Paypal will return verification charges in due course.

Well, as you wrote before, adding credit card onto your paypal account can be an answer while you are asking how to verify the account. As far as I know, adding credit card ( I'm not sure about debit card) onto Paypal is considered as safe, as long as you are on the right website, which is www.paypal.com, and not from any other links that refer you to 'paypal' site. I also feel the same way, that verified paypal account has little more benefits than the unverified one. =)

hello getbrowser, You need to find a combination of a debit card and bank account that also allows internet and international transactions. in our country, we have this Union Bank eon cyber account that describes my first sentence. once you find that kind of bank account/debit card in your country. connect it with paypal by confirming the paypal code in the bank accounts online account...basically, it's complicated, you must find a bank first.

Personally, I prefer the security of a bank account. In the USA, you can get a debit/credit card through the banking institution. I prefer this because my bank is right up the street. If there are problems (mistaken numbers, updated cards, etc) during transactions, it's right there for me to visit. Credit cards have fees already and the additional fees charged are unnecessary for me when I purchase from sites using PayPal only. I noticed that it was a hassle to try to speak with customer service as well when there was a billing error. I say research it a little more and use the avenue that is most effective for you. Some people have better luck using closer banking institutions, others have better luck using credit/debit cards. What it boils down to is what will ultimately work best for you.

If you are not expecting $100.00 on your account, then you don't need to get it verified. Because thats the limit on an unverified paypal account. Theres noting wrong with it actually.

I highly suggest using a debit card, rather than a credit card, or banking account. It's just as easy to get a debit card, and you won't run up a bill, or risk someone accidentally getting your information on the internet.

My Paypal account is verified and has been verified for seven years. I used my bank account and my credit card and never have had a problem. I guess it's your own preference which you would like to use.

I have verified my "paypal" account with my debit card bank account.. I first i thought you can only verify it using a credit card. But i have read in paypal guidelines that you can also verify it using a debit card. After "paypal" sends me a confirmation number, i immediately go to my bank and ask them about the four(4) number verification code. I have no difficulty in asking them and getting my verification code. You just need to enter the four(4) code verification number in your paypal account and then you will be verified. That's all, its very easy and simple.

Hi get... there are quite a lot of ways to get your paypal verified... you can use debit...credit... or your bank details..... however..there is also this thing they call the VCC (virtual credit card) you can get for less than $10... I am not sure how it works..if it is safe, and worth it... but i do believe if you can get a credit card, it might come in handy in so many ways too...not just for PP verification... ...true..there are a lot of benefits if you're PP verified... normally you d not need to be verified to send and receive money..but the amount you can send and receive is so limited...
