whom do you blame for when mistakes occur?

To be honest, whom do you blame for when mistakes occcur? for example, in your working place, do you first examine your erros first or directly or instinctively set wrong doing on other peopl? I personlay think that in most cases, people can't help balme other people first instead of on their own. It's a kind of defensive mentality that workds . some people even don't have the courage to admit their pitfalls at all.

for me i will ususally try not to blame anyone, specially if it is just a small matter, but if fingers are starting to flying in pointing around then i will get the person responsible to settle this matter. blaming each other won't help much to reslover the mistake. i see blaming is just a waste of time.

yeah, you are right, blaming doesn't settle any argument. I try not to blame others first though smetimes it doesn't work.

yes,i agree with you.when mistakes occur,you should blame yourself but not others.if you do this,i think one can't make the same mistake and can get well along with one's colleagues.
