Need to get more clicks

It's that I have about 5 blogs of own and all my 5 blogs got adsense units and speedads units... Google's TOS says no traffic to come from any traffic deriving sites... You can get visits from search engines, referring sites n so on.... What r the other ways from which u can get visits to ma sites to my sites. What should I do to get more clicks on ma Google Ads.. Experienced People, please help me out... I have read on net that , top online money makers earn more than $1000 just from Adsense. Is it true? Has any one of u earned that much for a MONTH?
