hello, fellas. How was your day? Can you say right now you're happy? what makes you happy? are you happy of what you have right now? For me sometimes I don't feel like smiling, why? because sometimes I let my mood controls me.

Hi Simonelee, Today I have a good mood. I believe my son's laughter will make my day happy everyday. Seeing his smile and laughter will just brighten up my day, even when I am in a bad mood, seeing him call me 'mummy',my bad mood will easily swing away. My son is my little precious and also my lucky star.

awwww.... that is so sweet. You really love him. They said what matter how tired you are when you got home and see your children smiling, kissing you, and huging you all those tiredness will fade. All the moms i know always say that things will be okay as long as they have their children.

Nice to hear that you have all the reasons to be happy. Having our love ones is enough reasons to be happy. Life will be okay either we don't have everything(material thing)we still get to smile we see them and feel their love.

I think it is only depend on the time...suppose any person comes to you..or any relative...who is your loved one..and you will feel happy..so it is only depend on the time....when you feel happy..

hahahha what if the person next to you the one you hate most? Sometimes we can't really control our mood and or happiness but if we only want to be happy we can be happy. Last night may day was fine despite of having a long day when my aunt visit us my tiredness has fade, like you said it depends on time and persons surrounding you. Thanks for dropping by,anug.

Well, I guess it depends on the days, but most days I am happy. I have a positive attitude towards life itself and, even when things get me down, they usually pass quickly and I am back to my normal self. Life is too short...Cheers!

Hello, good day. Now, that's what we call attitude, a positive one. Well, yes. we can't really tell where are moods will bring us. For me, in able to bring back my mood I should left alone and give respect to my silence and after that I'm happy again.

People chance like time do and also our priorities. Like me A year ago I have a job earning will but not happy..That why I leave my work.. Now I realize, Yeah I'm not happy with my job..but its better than to have no job at all. Now I'm not happy and I don't have a job.. Now, what makes me happy is to have a source of income..A real one..

I don't really know. I guess it's not so hard for me to get short bursts of happiness, like when I get something I really want from the gacha machine, or I find (and actually have the money to get) a cute item. But as for real consistent happiness, I am not really sure.

I have many little things that cheer me up whenever I feel sad and they include my beautiful daughter, my pets and my writing. I feel pretty good right now considering that our finances are dismal and my husband is stressed out from work! I saw my doctor about two weeks ago and told her I was feeling really down and ever so irritable; she prescribed some antidepressants for me which she had to talk me into taking because I was very reluctant and I tell you, my life has changed, I feel sooooo much better! Don’t get me wrong, I’m not advocating the use of meds in order to feel happy, they are a last resort when you get to the point when all the things that you love to do and make your heart sing no longer help you to feel content. A good idea is to turn your thinking around and to be grateful for what you do have instead of focussing on what you think is missing in your life...
