Brush teeth and tounge

How often you brush your tongue? I use a soft cloth to clean my tongue instead of a toothbrush.How about you? Any other way to clean your tongue?

Hi Zearah....Sorry but i am hearing it for the first time that tongue can be cleaned by useing cloth...I use tongue cleaner for that. Without it, i feel the differance in tast, in what ever i eat....

I don't brush my tongue. I know it's good for the dental health. But it's still a little weird for me to brush the tongue. Besides, I don't have a right tool to brush my tongue, so I leave it alone. I just brush my teeth, use the floss and mouth washing. I love China

I never heard of people using a cloth to clean their tongue. How do you use a cloth to clean your tongue? If I feel like cleaning my tongue, I will use my toothbrush to scrub it. My toothbrush has this tongue cleaning tip at the end.

I brush my teeth twice a day.I use a tongue scraper after i brush my teeth early in the morning.But i must tell you cleaning with a tongue scraper is more harsh than cleaning with a soft cloth.
