In my opinion, first you must review your sleep quality, if you have a good sleep, then you will have a good appetite. Secondly you may keep happy always and decrease emotions such as upset, angry, which also help you remain normal state. if you could do these above, then you should try to have a balanced diet. after doing this, you could prefer to fat and protein a little more, and try to remember to increase your eating quantity day by day, not suddenly. later, wish you attain goal soon!

I think some foods with high-fat and high-calorie can help you put on weight as soon as possible,like meat,chocolate,cream and so on. Another way is to sleep as much as possible. I think you are very lucky to have a slim body.Good luck!

Stop fighting your metabolism!! Your body knows its ideal weight and no matter how you fight it, it will maintain its own health. Just eat a balanced diet. Why do you dislike you body?! A slim body in youth turns into a slim body in older age. As long as you keep good muscle tone and good nutrition, there is no need to prod your body into a physique you THINK is ideal! Women don't think muscles are masculine, at least not most women. They want an attractive body and that doesn't mean muscles. If a woman is looking for a man of a certain body type, YOU DON'T WANT THAT WOMAN!! You want someone who appreciates your personality. Stop obsessing about your physical appearance. Appreciate your body for what it is and consider yourself lucky that you are not prone to be overweight. Your perfect mate will appreciate you for what you are, not what you pretend to be.

I wish I'm also like you that don't need to reduce weight. I gain weight easily everytime I eat so much carbohydrates, sweets and meat. Try to eat eggs it can help you to gain weight also. Exercise is also helpful to develop your muscle and boost your appetite.

i suggest you eat protein and carbohydrates. If you have a high metabolism, there are fatty food that can add up to the weight. Instead of eating three times a day, i suggest eat 5-6 times a day. Heavy breakfast, lunch and dinner and in betweens plus midnight snacks. That can definitely build up.
