how to lose your weight ,dieting,taking some exercises,or other ways?

hey,friends,as girls,i have to say contour of body is so important to me,especially in the twenties,so i really really want to have a perfect contour of body,but no one'S perfect in this world,so i just want to be slim now,my height is 165cm,weight is 54kg,so i just hope lose 4kg weight,i am dieting and everyday i persist in climbing the stairs. what about u,go on a diet like me,or take exercise ,is there any fast ways to lose your weight?

yeah green tea does speed up the metabolism but the main to factors are diet and exercise..unfortunately no shortcuts and all the pills and stuff you see on the market either don't work as promised or they have alot of side effects..

yeah,i know what you mean,but sometimes always expect to have a slim figure after one night,lol.now i take exercise everyday and pay more attention to my food's nutrition!

yeah i hear you..we all want overnight results..i remember when i wanted to have a 6pac over night..then i realized its not happening lol so i just started going to the gym like crazy..takes forever but atleast its guaranteed...eventually...lol

i drink green tea lol,i think it is good for cleansing and reducing weights.and another is red juice is out in the market it compose of 31 fruits juice it really helps to reduces weight and good for hypertension and diabetes and other diseases.so i recommend this for you to try it,well you still need to exercise but not dieting lol so it is healthy in some ways.
