Hi guys i had a problem? I invited one of my colluge to join the neobux. we use shared internet in the office. He to joined but neobux has barred me in that user id. i tried to access the forum and chat but it has been disabled. So i again created a new id and sent a requested my problem in a support ticket. Now anyone can help me come out of the situaton. I already purchase 3 refferals. Is there any way to sort this problem. Any idea please.

Neobux has zero tolerance in that matter. You should not tried to sign up another user account in just one computer. It should be in another computer. Be very extra careful with that thing.

my friend i have problem with neobux too.
i am using trekpay and earning 1 dollar per week.but neobux pays me 28 cents a week.
so my friend join trekpay it will increase ur payment.

Neobux really bar users if they use the same IP address. If you have read their guidelines you should have known that they maintain a policy of one account per household so as to distribute the opportunity they are offering. I too was blocked in neobux because of this issue.

Contact Admin ASAP. Admin is very nice and will most likely give you back your main account.
There rules about this is...
One account per IP address, but you can have multiple IP addresses for one account. This means you can get on at work, home, or any where else. You just can't get on with another account there until 24 hours is up.

Well,I am a neobux member ,too. Neobux take that very serious.In my opnion,what really matters is that whether your friden's IP is the same to yours.If it is the same,I think it will be a pity that you can do nothing to solve that question.
That is my view.

Wow that's a big mistake. You cannot use a shared internet neither from your office, school or public internet. When you refer friends, make sure they use a different IP and never lend your internet for them to login to neobux. They will ban you straight away.
In this case, nothing else you can do. I don't think they will return your account.
So if you want to continue to use neobux, you will need to register as a new user and start everything from zero.

Neobux clearly states that only one person fromone computer can use it. Did your friend try to log in from the computer you use? I do not now whether people in same netwrok as in lan can use neobux. You better clear it from the support staff.

Hi there..
I think you can't do anything about that. The computers in your office are using the
same IP address that's why it happens. If you want to have a referral you should not
recruit from your office or else you'll be banned again. be patient I don't have any
direct referrals on neobux but I'm just gonna rent referrals since I can't find
anyone.

You'd better contact them as soon as poaaible and let them konw of the fact.
As far as I konw, they don't allow people at school, work or by using some kind of Proxy or VPN to join Neobux, because usually the IP is the same for every Internet user and the computers may be acceded by other accounts.
So, be carefully if you want to forbidden by them and never practice fraud.

so meaning neobux already banned you form getting into your account?.it that thats the case the solution is emailing them about the situation and hope that they would grant you another chance.did you and your friend used the same computer because if thats he case then your violating their rules.
