Do you weigh yourself daily?

I don't know if this is exaggerated but I know people who are very conscious of their weight and makes sure that they weigh daily. As for me, I don't care much of my weight, more on vital statistics. lol. But I also do weighing but only once a month. How about you, how often do you weigh yourself?

Once in a month or two, I used to check my weight. Yes some of my friends are pretty much weight conscious and htey even check theri weight once in a day and moreover, they follow strict diet resttrictions and other stuffs. I do care about my weight little bit but I undergo good physical exercise inorder to keep myself fit and I am sure that my weight would always be in a proper measure. Personally speaking, I seldom weigh myself. It's health instead of weight that we should take seriously. Both too fat and too thin would harm your health. So in order to keep health, we should control our weight in a reasonable interval. The best way to achieve it is to have a regular life. For instance, we should eat various foods and do exercises. If we could do that, weight would never be a problem we need to worry about.

We only have analog scale that the meter keep giving differ result from the digital scale. It's okay to scale yourself with it but not to trust it fully. But since we put it in the hallway, it has become a habit for us to scale whenever we cross the hallway.
I also think weight is more on vital statistics but I also think we need to watch it as well. We doesn't have to scale daily but a couple of time a month is enough.

i have a weighing scale in our house and i weigh my self as often as i can remember, since i am on a diet, then i can say that my weighing scale is always used by me. it's better to watch our weight as often as we can so that we could watch what we are going to eat.

I tend to not worry if i have put on any weight as i think that life is too short for all of that.I tend to step on the scales if my clothes feel like they are getting too tight,as that way i know i have put on the weight and just want to see how much i have put on.

We don't have a weighing scale here at home so I don't get to weigh myself daily. However, when I am at the hospital and rendering duties I am able to check how much weight I have lost or gain. I actually don't care about my weight as long as I am eating healthy. But sometimes I can't help myself not to be tempted to eat junks and fatty foods. And then I feel guilty the next day and try to get some exercise.:)
