I am only 28 years old, but I have been having episodes of joint and back pain lately? Anyone else out there deal with back pain on a normal basis? I find myself on my hot pad, once again, today at work...argh...

Back pain. Huh?? When you lift something. do you keep your back straight, lift with your legs, keeping the object as close to you as possible???? If not, better start lifting correctly. One of the best things you can do to keep from having back pain, is to stay fit and keeping your weight down. The couch potatoes all have bad backs.

I would suggest seeing a sacro-occipital chiropractor. A sacro-occipital chiropractor does NOT use manipulation, but uses the person's own body weight, coupled with reflex actions to correct alignments. He CANNOT do any harm. My back separated at the pelvic joints which was very painful, but a few completely painless alignments, with NO manipulations, put it back in place. If you have an alignment problem, try using ice packs rather than heat packs, which can aggravate the problem.

If you are experiencing back pains on a regular basis, it may be best to have it seen to at the most possible time. This may be caused by a lot of things that you're body is trying to tell you. The doctor may be able to tell you of ways to alleviate the pain you're experiencing and to avoid getting back pains again. In most cases, it must be only because of bad posture, or from sitting too much in front of the computer.

Hi, well there are a lot of factors that could have caused your pain, one of the most common thing that i know is if your a good eatter of food with high uric acid, like soya (anything that is made of soya), beans, peanuts, food with yeast, tuna, lamb and more. Uric acid is something that targets your joints making it weak ang brittle. Sleeping position may also be the cause of your bakc pain, try changing your sleeping positions or you migt also want to check your bed, sometime very old bed actually have lumps already which make your body sleep irregularly. Bathing, use hot water for bathing try to avoid cold showers, hot water helps our bodys blood circulation. But if this may seem to be not your regular pain, and if it happens too often you should go to a doctor and get youself a check up.
