This photo shows more fall colors from my backyard. This neighbors tree is changing oddly. Just the top center has changed in color. Have you seen odd changing colors of trees in the fall at all? Share some fall color photos too if you have any please. HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Isn't that odd though Grandpa Bob? I have never seen a tree do that before, I do so miss the changing colors in fall of the trees. very few trees here ever change colors and that is a shame too. Most stay green all year round. but some at least do shed their leaves.

Isn't it the most beautiful time of the year? I go for a nice long walk every couple of days for health reasons but also to take pictures for my gardening blogs. I have taken a few gorgeous shots, although I suck as a photographer I still take them. I am getting better and better at it. I have a tree out by the road that looks just like your images. Pretty cool.

Sorry, no pictures from me. If I still lived up in north east part of Texas I would have some as this month is Autumn Trails there and they have a trail ride, barn dances, arts and craft on main street, antique car show on main street after they take a ride along the autumn trails plus much much more events.

There is a tree at the end of the alley, a maple, that always starts changing before any of the others. It turns a section at a time and takes about a month for all the leaves to change and fall. Most of the other trees are not changing much yet.

What a coincidence. I saw a similar tree a few days ago. I don't understand why the middle leaves turned red and the rest have stayed green. I could understand if the leaves of one whole side of a tree changed color - I would assume that side of the tree received more sun. Maybe it's something odd happening with the atmosphere or in the ground. The tree I saw like yours is in East Tennessee.

Autumn Leaves - Just one of many autumn colors photographs I've taken in the last week here in Michigan
I think that's so cool how it changed but not surprised - I've been doing some research on what causes the leaves to 'change' for a slideshow I'm doing on Associated Content - this photo is one that might be in the show:)

YES! The trees in KY and TN are doin gsome real strange changing! Many are changing in just one spot like that! Not always at top, many just a spot on a side! Even tho not very many trees are changing so far many Bradford Pears are and they usually are the last ones to change (and the most beautiful). I thought all the extra rain this year would make for beautiful color but to much is not good. The only reason I can find it is not good is more fungus yet I am not seeing visual fungus on them. I hope I make it to the Smoky Mountains in the next 2 weeks for the most beautiful tree show on earth!
