How can a teenager make money online?

OK. I'm 16 years old, and I have a few hours after school that I can work for a website. (And weekends) Until a few weeks ago I ran a website for someone and I only charged him about $20 a month. A few weeks ago he asked me to shut it down cause he was done with it. I still want to make legit money online, but I don't want to do ptc sites, or something that takes a year to get your account going. (NeoBux) Any suggestions/ideas?

i suggest you stick to mylot..... if you like to write short reviews (100 words) there is a site that pays you 50 credits (50 cents) for a 100 word review of products/people/service.... it only takes less than 3 minutes to write 100 words... they also pay 10 credits (10 cents )for every graded products/people/service and 1 credit (1 cent) for every products/people/service you rate... if you have 2000 credits ($20)--which takes about 3 days to accumulate-- you can request payout via paypal and they pay less than 24 hours.. you can do that every 3days and you have $20 every 3 days... it's the green and white banner in my profile page (imreport) -- under the paypal banner goodluck

You can easily earn 20$/month only from this site, what's the problem? ;) If you want to earn more, you will have to put more time into it.

To do just mylot is that what you mean "faster and easier way to do this"?... Once you ge tthe hang of it, it will go a bit faster. Don't set too high of a goal for yourself, and comment under other user's on other discussions... Just respond respond respond like it's going out of style! lol!

A faster way would be joining several sites, a survey site if you are from US but that would take some time aswell :)

Well aside from mylot, you can be a freelance provider doing a lot of job like being a virtual assistant, writer, blogger, data entry. You can also make an article and submit to sites that pay for doing it. YOu can make a blog and earn from it. That's what i do and i used to earn from my blog more than $10 a day depends on the task that was given to me and i earn $150 a month for that alone. HOwever task are not abundant always. There are also times that are less task but other online job compensate for that so you will not be zero in a month. Its just a matter of being resourceful if you know how to research online. Hope this helps.

My only advice is to stick with only a few things online. Mylot is a great site to earn money with and you can have fun. It takes a bit to get to $20.00 a month but this site that you could do that on to replace what you made while helping that one guy. Go around and ask people offline and online if they need help with creating a website and charge them.

True. I can focus all my free time on one or two paid sites like this. Then throw in a little site jobs every now and then. Thanks for the fast, and great reply!

Check out my website! (link in profile.) As long as you're older than 13, which you said you are, you should be able to particpate in these sites. I honestly am not sure if there are any sites out there than require you to be 18 or older or not,but you'll find that out during sign up. There are a lot of sites out there that pay you to do things, such as surveys, writing, completing offers, etc. I have a lot of these sites listed on my website. If you just read down through the descriptions you should get a feel for what each site offers! One of my favs I'll suggest - squishy cash! Good luck to you :-)
