When I see on TV, there are some dangerous area in the world that is not sustainable for our kids to survive and to live descently for example like in Afganistan, Iraq..Sometimes, I feel sad to think how miserable for those kids who are raised up in the situation like that. And, I think about a better world for our kids. Is there a chance for us as parents and children to live in a peaceful world? No war, no starvation, no discrimination, no hunger?? Or, it is only utopia?

Dear Riani, A Peaceful World has been in daily prayers throughout the world. A whole world of peace has yet to be achieve since thousands of years. This year itself, there are more and more natural disasters like mudslide in Taiwan, Earthquake in China, typhoon in the Philippines, Tsunami in Samoa and earthquake again in Padang. With human actions - war, hijacking etc...I believe even God also shake His head... The root of problem lies in human ourselves. We need to put environment first, share and spread love throughout the world to help the poor and needy. But at times, even the donation did not reach fully as planned. Sad to hear all this greed and bribery! Stop War, Stop for Good of Human Race

ur right there, iriene. peace should begin within ourselves and this we can do in prayers. because of greed, corruption, bribery we all experience man-made terror and destruction. we all need to pray everyday.

I hope there is an education for all that teach us that peaceful is made from ourselves that the one thing we should do is to help each other and believe in God.

I was always wondering if there's a utopia in the world when I was young, or I was hoping for it. When I grew up, I realized that there isn't any perfect or dream world. Not saying want to be pessimistic, but it's really unlikely to happen, at least not that we can see of. I guess I'll tell my kids about the reality, so that they will live in the real world but still being optimistic. It's important to build the positive mindset, so wherever you are, you'll still think positively and be happy. This is what I think I'll teach my kids, instead of providing them a dream world.
