I am not trying to be a smart allic, but I would go to the doctor. I had a coworker that recently went to the doctor with this issue, and had a serious health problem that needed to be fixed. (Not life threatening or anything) If you let the doctor know what is going on, they should be abble to provide some insight, and some suggestions on solving your issue.

You need to exercise sometimes stress can also contributed to constipation. Avoid eating spicy foods because it doesn't help you if you are constipated. Drink a lot of water in my experience if I'm constipated I drink warm calamansi juice with no sugar in the morning with an empty stomach and it really works. Any citrus will also do like dalandan or orange.

hi there i think i need a little more information on your issue to be able to have an opinion..i have a few questions for you, have you always had this constipation? if not when did it start? does anything make it worse or better?...was the start in constipation accompanied with any illnesses or any major event that happened in your life? how is the color of your stool? is it darker or lighter than the usual? do you have any abdominal pain? as someone has already mentioned, constipation is not always a sign of lack of fiber or fruit...serious gastrointestinal diseases can cause constipation...so if this has been going on for a long time and no fruits or fiber is helping at all...there might be an underlying disease behind it.

am not constipated most of the time though i always wish to move my bowels regularly for health reasons. am lactose intolerant and i found that the temporary loose bowel movement that happens when i ingest pure regular milk occurs 3 hours to 5 hours after taking in pure regular milk. the fibre thing mixed in drinks is not doing anything for me in this department. only milk
. try it

stress plays a huge factor why a person is constipated. Evaluate what your life and what are you always thinking aif your stress. Also exercise helps with the natural movement of your digestive sistem. When you exercise, your making your body work and use calories for energy which includes your digestive system.
