Trouble responding to discussions?

Is anyone else having trouble responding to discussions today? For some reason, whenever I click "add response" or whatever it is - it just keeps sending me back to the same page, and I can't respond. I've tried using Firefox AS WELL as IE.
Is this just a temporary glitch?
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
