A 'New 'Saying'. which wants to become an 'Old Saying'

A country can be poor and backward, only if most of its citizens think wrongly most of the times.

If you make it cheaper, or if you make it easier to do, more of it will happen. So people are poor they can't do this. And uneducated, so they can't do it easier way. The better way is to go collectively. But at present they are on negative trend, it may be the initial step later they may get into positive stride.
