I'm giving you a hypothetical scenario: Imagine a child who, at the age of 5, tried to choke the life out of her classmate just because the other child was very quiet and seemed weak. The child grows up with various disorders like the vestiges of OCD, MDP among others. Then, the girl starts getting these sporadic desires to kill herself as well as those around her. I suppose there is anger/frustration within her, as well as just the desire to kill. Now, I've done reading online but couldnt find any information on any condition with these symptoms. I wouldnt put this down to just a plain murderous desire, since the symptoms showed up at the age of 5, in this scenario. Does anyone have any reasons for this condition. This is not a completely imaginary condition, but rather something that I have heard about a person whom I met recently.
